Hi All! We are a team of professional Real Estate Agents located in Marianna, Florida which is in the Panhandle. Our market is a small rural area situated between Tallahassee, Fl and Pensacola, Fl (on Interstate 10). Our team consists of Kathy Milton, owner and broker of ERA Chipola Realty, Matt Milton, Realtor and son, and Lauren Milton, Realtor and daughter. Kathy specializes mainly in high-end executive homes and commercial investment, Matt in commercial and land sales, and Lauren in first time homebuyers.
